Meridian is committed to providing accessible and responsive experiences for all users. To help meet our accessibility goals for Meridian LMS, we follow the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) for Level A and AA. Meridian also performs accessibility tests against federal Section 508 standards (which are a sub-set of the more stringent WCAG 2.0 standards).
These assessments of the Meridian LMS are conducted on each major software release. The assessments pertain to a core path of functionality for learners, managers, and instructors (administrators excluded in the core path).
Meridian uses a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template, or VPAT, to provide the a summary of Meridian LMS' conformance to the accessibility standards. VPAT documentation for each release of Meridian LMS can be found in the Product Documentation section of the Support Portal.
Visit the W3C website for more information on WCAG and accessibility guidelines,
