In order to better serve you, we are making some updates to our support center.
The Support Center has been recently updated. Thank you for your patience as we apply updates to our customer care tools so we can provide you with a better experience.
If you find you are having issues finding the information you need, creating a new support case, or accessing the community please don’t hesitate to call our team directly at (866) 485-6574.
What you need to know:
- You will need to establish a new password. To establish a new password click Sign In, Forgot my password, and enter your email address. Follow the instructions sent to your email inbox.
- Your support cases will be assigned a new case #. We will be keeping the original case ID for your reference and it will be able as the Legacy ID for each case.
- Emails notifications will come from a new address. You will notice that emails will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you find you are not receiving emails from us, as expected, please do check your SPAM folder If still find you’re having troubles receiving notifications, please consult your IT team to ensure that our new IP addresses are whitelisted.
- More interaction with your cases. You can now comment on cases from other people in your organization or have us add other administrators who should CCed on updates.
